We discuss strategies on offer negotiation specifically the 35E Escalation Addendum and the usage of "highest best" and proper communication for negotiation offers.
I will go over a mock contract and specifically discussing areas of the contract that real estate brokers have questions about. If you ever wondered about certain clauses on the 22A, 22D, 22EF, or others, you may want to jump on this call.
